For the Parra Residence, a comprehensive outdoor enhancement project was completed, incorporating a 6-foot-tall perimeter fence, a retaining wall, a patio, and artificial turf. The property was enclosed with a sturdy fence featuring metal posts and horizontal pickets for a modern aesthetic and enhanced privacy. Along the backside of the property, a durable metal retaining wall was constructed using corrugated metal, providing both functionality and visual appeal. A paver patio was installed to create an inviting space for family gatherings and future barbecues, while artificial turf was laid to ensure a low-maintenance, evergreen lawn. This project blends functionality with design, enhancing both the practicality and visual appeal of the Parra Residence’s outdoor space.
